Refund will not be entitled for the following cases
Third Party Services / Product Registration OR Purchase:
Domain Registration, Web Hosting / Server Registration, SSL, SMS Gateway, Email Hosting, SiteLock, Online Payment Gateway, Mobile App Google Play Store Registration, External Plugins / Features / Application, etc... reflect purchase from third party companies / firms / organizations.
After Delivering of The Script
After Delivering the complete script either through download link or email attachment or any other means to the client then no refund will be given to customer whether it is used or not used by customer.
For Websites On Rent
1) Websites On Rent is based on annual Subscriptionship, Customer have to pay 100% advance Annual Subscriptionship fee. (If Mutual Understanding by Weltmeister & Customer for 2 simple Installments) 50% of the payment should be given as registration for subscribership and remaining 50% has to be paid after one month, during which all assistance and support will be provided from our support team to the customer to make their website completely furnished and ready to use.
For any change of mind, If customer has paid 50% in advance as subscriptionship fee and failed to pay the rest 50% amount after 1 month then no refund will be granted in this case because this amount is used in Third Party Registration (if taken - Domain Registration, Web Hosting / Server Registration, SSL, SMS Gateway, Email Hosting, SiteLock, Online Payment Gateway, Mobile App Google Play Store Registration, External Plugins / Features / Application etc.) and Weltmeister Services Charge. Weltmeister reserved the rights to suspend the website of the customer any time due to non payment.
2) If 100% payment have been done by the customer then Refund for the cancellation of Subscriptionship will be done on the amount left after deduction of all third party payments and weltmeister service charges.
Only 50% of remaining amount after all deduction of third party payments, will be given as refund for Subscriptionship. Rest 50% amount will be kept by our company as our service charges.

Date of Renewal/expiry of subscriptionship is based on date of registration of website. Customers has to pay the renewal charges before or on the date of expiry/renewal. If failed to Renew the subsciptionship before or on the date of expiry then customers will not be entitled to renew it again even after a few days/months/years. If customer need its database after it failed to renew the subscriptionship (only within 3 months of expiry) then customer has to pay us Rs. 5000/- to recover its database, as a fee for maintaining their database for 3 months. All recovered database will be provided excel/word/text/pdf, depending on type of database. After 3 months of expiry no database can be recovered and we will not be responsible for its loss.
All thrd party payments expiry is the same as date of registration. If failed to renew before or on the date of expiry, then all third party registrations will be cancelled (Domain/hosting/ssl/sitelock/.. etc.) and customer has to do all the third party registrations as fresh (subject to availability).
After Registrartion for Application use or not
For both Annual subscriptionship and Developer Version of script / software / application no refund will be done whether the customer used it or not.
Developing External Plugins / Applications
Develop external plugins / application according to your requirement, if client refuse to accept or simply change of mind, No money reverse back.
If your item is materially similar to the description and preview and works the way it should, there is generally no obligation to provide a refund in situations like the following:
they don't want it after they've downloaded it;
the item did not meet the their expectations;
they simply change their mind;
they bought an item by mistake;
they do not have sufficient expertise to use the item;
they ask for goodwill;
they can no longer access the item because it has been removed (we advise buyers to download items as soon as they buy them to avoid this situation).
Non-delivery of the product:
Due to some mailing issues of your e-mail provider or your own mail server you might not receive a delivery e-mail from us. In this case we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 14 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
Item is "not as described"
An item is "not as described" if it is materially different from the item description or preview so be sure to "tell it like it is" when it comes to the features and functionality of your items. If it turns out the item is "not as described" you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
Item has a security vulnerability
If an item contains a security vulnerability and can't easily be fixed you are obligated to refund buyers of the item. If the item can be fixed, then you should do so promptly by updating your item. If your item contains a security vulnerability that is not patched in an appropriate timeframe then you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
Item support extension not used
If a buyer purchases an item support extension and requests a refund of that extension before their existing item support expires you are obligated to refund buyers who have purchased that item support extension.
Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our products with some third-party software (plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible in a description available on the preview page of each product. We don’t guarantee that our products are fully compatible with any third-party programs and we do not provide support for third-party applications.
